FilingBox SMB(Secure Corporate Data Storage)

FilingBox SMB is a storage protection solution designed for secure file access management in small and medium-sized businesses. FilingBox SMB provides network drives to employee PCs and offers organizational and project folders for file storage, organized by company structure and project teams. Additionally, FilingBox SMB allows security levels to be set for files and individual users. If a user with a lower security level attempts to access a file with a higher security level, a fake file with read-only attributes is provided to block access. Conversely, if a user with a higher security level accesses a file with a lower security level, they are granted access to the real file with read/write permissions. Furthermore, even if ransomware or data theft malware runs on employee PCs, the secure files within FilingBox remain protected.
